| I have ordered - Where is my phone? |
Thank you for ordering. Phones are very valuable, and because of this everyone must pass a credit check, which is controlled by the network you chose. You can track the status of your order at http://compusave.2u.co.uk/phoneTracker/ For your information, credit checks can be either pass, fail or require a security deposit. We hope your credit check is successful for you. We will contact you as soon as we have the results for you. |

| What is the best phone? |
There is no "best phone" - only the best phone for YOU. First, decide what price plan is best for you - how many minutes will you need, when and to where? Then, decide exactly what you want your phone to do. Now, go back to the site - compusave.2u.co.uk |

|
| What is the best network? |
The best answer is what is the best network for your area? A direct way to answer that is to ask your friends and find out what experience they have had. All networks have invested multi-millions of pounds in the network infrastructure to improve the reception for thie users, such that not, there is usually little to choose between them. It is more about what offers are available - how many free minutes etc can you get? |

| How does the cashback offer work? |
Many of our phone offers come with cashback and line rental discounts.
The specific terms for each offer are linked on the order pages. The general idea is that you send in (usually) your 6th and 12th months full bill within 28 days of receipt in order to claim your cashback.
You pay the normal full line rental then get cashback to the value of the reduced line rental where stated.
See the order pages for further details. Select you phone and click through to order.
Here, this is general information and the specifics may differ in the detail. Only the specific details on the phone order page applies. Include with your vouchers a covering letter. In this letter put your order ID, your name and address and postcode, and the date you ordered. This will enable us to locate your order. |

| Define 'free' |
Free is free. All phones quoted as free are free! They cost you nothing. You also get, where indicated, £30 worth of free accessories (usually a black leather case, a handsfree ear-piece, and an in-car charger, each worth £10 individually, ie £30 total value). Also, delivery is free. So, in summary, free is free! |

|
| Why is it free? |
You are getting a mobile phone that is the latest on the market, that is worth (if you were to buy it without the pay-monthly contract) £150 to £300. The reason the network provider (T-Mobile etc) give you so much for free, is because by signing a 12-month pay-monthly contract, you are agreeing to give them 12 months of your phone business. So they know that they are going to get your business for a year, so they reward you with a very heavily discounted phone. |
